Foreclosure filings fall in Upstate NY: Which metros improved most?

Foreclosure filings fell in metro areas across New York and the rest of the nation in the third quarter, according to a report from ATTOM Data, a national property data provider.
Filings were lower in the third quarter than they were at the same time last year in every New York metro area for which ATTOM had third-quarter data. That includes Syracuse, Utica-Rome, Binghamton, Buffalo, Rochester, Albany and New York City.
